Effective February 1, 2010, Human Resources is no longer tracking cases of flu-like symptoms. Departments should continue to report cases, that have been diagnosed by a physician, as suspected or confirmed H1N1. Medical documentation is required in accordance with the provisions of applicable collective agreements or handbooks.
